1. Statement
Let'sText is owned and operated by JOKR Global LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, doing business as Let'sText. Registered address: 2232 Dell Range Blvd, Suite 303 #1481, Cheyenne, WY 82009, United States.
Let'sText is a hosting and transmission intermediary. We do not produce, film, photograph, or create the visual content transmitted through the Platform, and we do not exercise editorial control over it. Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1, Let'sText is not a primary or secondary producer of content uploaded by creators.
2. Creator obligations
Every creator who uploads sexually explicit visual content is the producer of that content and is solely responsible for complying with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including to:
- Verify, with government-issued photo identification, that every performer was at least 18 years old when the content was created
- Obtain and keep explicit, documented consent from every performer
- Maintain the required records for at least 7 years
- Certify age verification and § 2257 compliance each time sexually explicit content is uploaded
3. Custodian of records
Records for creator-produced content are held by each creator as producer. For any content produced by Let'sText itself, records are maintained by the Custodian of Records, JOKR Global LLC, at the address below.

4. Platform measures
We verify creator identity and age before upload access, screen every upload with CSAM detection, require a signed Content Provider Agreement, and reserve the right to audit creator records at any time.
5. Penalties
Failure to comply with § 2257 is a federal crime punishable by imprisonment of up to 5 years for a first offense and up to 10 years for subsequent offenses, fines, and forfeiture of materials.
