AcceptableUse Policy

1. Purpose

Let'sText is owned and operated by JOKR Global LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, doing business as Let'sText. Registered address: 2232 Dell Range Blvd, Suite 303 #1481, Cheyenne, WY 82009, United States.

This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of the Platform by all users: Creators, Agencies, team members and Buyers. Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of earnings, and referral to law enforcement.

2. Age requirements

• Every user must be at least 18 years old.
• Every person depicted must have been 18 or older when the content was created.
• Creators must verify and document performer ages under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
• We may require government-issued ID verification at any time.
• Content depicting minors results in permanent termination, a report to NCMEC, and referral to law enforcement.

3. Prohibited content

• Child sexual abuse material, or content suggesting minors in sexual activity
• Non-consensual sexual content, including "revenge porn"
• Content from hidden or spy cameras, or any covert recording
• Sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or facilitating prostitution
• Bestiality or incest
• Violence, self-harm, or glorifying suicide
• Promotion of terrorism

Also prohibited:

• Illegal drug content
• Discrimination or violence based on protected characteristics
• Weapons in sexual contexts
• Malware or code designed to disrupt systems
• Copyright, trademark or trade secret infringement
• Deepfakes or AI-generated content of real, identifiable people without their consent
• Doxxing or other privacy violations
• Anything else illegal under applicable law

4. Content requirements for creators

• Ownership: you must own all content or hold valid licenses and model releases.
• Consent: every depicted person must give explicit, documented consent to commercial distribution.
• Record keeping: 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records are required for sexually explicit content.
• Accuracy: descriptions and previews must match the actual content.
• Content Provider Agreement: required before upload access is granted.
• Verification: only KYC-verified creators may upload.
• No downloads and no live streaming: content is view-locked, and live video is not supported.
• Taxes: creators and agencies must report and pay applicable taxes.

5. Prohibited platform uses

You may not send unsolicited spam, phish or socially engineer, impersonate others, scrape or harvest data, reverse engineer or circumvent security, resell access, commit fraud or money laundering, file fraudulent chargebacks, create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, facilitate illegal activity, or disrupt our infrastructure.

6. Messaging rules (TCPA)

• Consent: prior express written consent is required before marketing messages.
• Opt-out: honor requests within 10 business days and accept informal wording such as "stop" or "unsubscribe".
• Confirmation: send no more than one confirmation message after an opt-out.
• Identification: senders must be clearly identified.
• Mass campaigns: only message opted-in fans. Purchased contact lists are prohibited.
• Frequency: no excessive messaging. We may throttle accounts with high complaint rates.

TCPA violations carry statutory damages of $500 to $1,500 per message, per recipient.

7. Intellectual property

We comply with the DMCA. Notices and counter-notices are handled as described in our DMCA Policy, and repeat infringers are terminated.

8. Buyer and fan obligations

• Purchased content is for personal, non-commercial viewing only, under a limited, non-transferable license.
• Sharing, re-uploading, recording or distributing purchased content may result in termination, civil liability up to $150,000, and criminal prosecution.
• Delivered content is non-refundable. Fraudulent chargebacks result in suspension and may be referred to law enforcement.

9. Team member responsibilities

Team members act under the creator's or agency's authority, must stay within their role permissions, and may not share credentials or access content they are not assigned. Creators and agencies are responsible for their team members' actions.

10. Content moderation

• Pre-publication review: every upload is reviewed before it can be sent.
• Automated screening on 100% of uploads: hash-matching and policy classifiers block known CSAM immediately.
• Human review: flagged content is reviewed by people. Suspected illegal content is blocked and CSAM is escalated to NCMEC.
• Message screening: every outbound message is classified against a tiered prohibited-term list, and blocked attempts are logged with masked text.
• Real-time monitoring: violations are removed on detection and violating accounts are placed on hold.

11. Complaints, takedowns and appeals

• Reporting: anyone can report content in-app, on our Report Content page, or by emailing support@letstextapp.com.
• Five business days: every report is triaged and resolved within 5 business days, and the reporter is told the outcome.
• Immediate removal: CSAM, non-consensual imagery and trafficking content are removed immediately.
• Appeals: creators may appeal within 30 days using the Report Content page or by emailing support@letstextapp.com with the subject "APPEAL REQUEST". Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.

12. FOSTA-SESTA

Let'sText is built only for selling digital content. Prostitution, escort services, sex trafficking and solicitation of sexual services are strictly prohibited and reported to law enforcement.

13. Changes

We may change this policy at any time with 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
